These are extremely thin blister bandages that contain a self-inflating bubble that looks and functions like an actual blister—except you don’t feel any of the pain! Each bandage is comprised of several laminated layers of breathable plastic film banded together, except that there is a “bubble” in the center where layers are free to glide across each other rather than your tender skin.
